Teva 833 Green Pill Common Dosages

Dosage varies for each person, depending on a few factors such as the condition being treated, the size and age of the patient, and more. Your prescribing doctor will be able to determine which dosage is best for you. Do not attempt to determine dosages on your own.

If you miss a dose of clonazepam, take it as soon as you remember. If you’re unsure of your proper dosage, call your doctor to confirm.

Usual adult dose for panic disorder:

• Starting dose: Take 0.25mg by mouth twice a day.

• Regular dose: Take 1mg by mouth each day.

• Highest dose: Do not take more than 4mg per day.

Important panic disorder dosage points:

• Dose increase: After three days, your doctor may raise your dose to 1mg per day.
