Supervised Medical Detox

Our supervised medical detox program delivers personalized care with medical professionals available to monitor vital signs, manage discomfort (using medications if required), and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Following detox, you can transition into our 30-day inpatient program.

30-Day Inpatient Rehab

Inpatient rehab is an immersive experience free of distractions and triggers.

Our team of addiction specialists, therapists, and support staff will provide the guidance and care you need throughout the process with individual and group therapy sessions, MAT (medication-assisted treatment), educational workshops, and holistic therapies.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment

At Gratitude Lodge, we recognize that addiction frequently co-occurs with other mental health disorders like anxiety, depression, and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).

Our integrated approach to treatment addresses any addictions and underlying mental health conditions through our dual diagnosis treatment programs. This is proven more effective than treating each condition separately.

Types of Addiction Therapy We Offer

Effective addiction treatment involves a comprehensive approach that addresses the underlying causes and triggers of addiction while also providing individuals with the support and tools needed to overcome their dependencies. At Gratitude Lodge, we offer many evidence-based treatment modalities designed to tackle the physical, psychological, and social aspects of drug addiction and alcoholism. These include:

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is a specialized treatment approach that uses medication to streamline the intensity of withdrawal symptoms and cravings for drugs or alcohol, both during detox and throughout ongoing recovery. MAT is a highly effective treatment approach for opioid addiction (opioid use disorder) and it has also been shown to be effective for alcohol use disorder.

MAT combines the use of medications with behavioral therapy and counseling to help individuals overcome addiction. The medications used in MAT work by reducing the effects of drugs or alcohol on the brain, minimizing cravings and withdrawal symptoms, and making it easier to achieve lasting recovery.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of talk therapy or psychotherapy that aims to help individuals change their patterns of thinking and behavior. CBT is a goal-oriented, collaborative approach that focuses on the present moment and the client’s current challenges and goals.

CBT is based on the premise that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are all interconnected and that negative thoughts and beliefs can lead to negative emotions and behaviors. By identifying and changing negative thought patterns, individuals can improve their mood and behavior, and ultimately lead a more fulfilling life.

Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a form of psychotherapy that utilizes talk therapy techniques. DBT psychotherapy builds upon the foundations of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) but is specifically tailored to address individuals who grapple with intense emotional experiences.

Marsha Linehan, an esteemed American psychologist, pioneered the development of dialectical behavior therapy in the 1970s. Since then, DBT therapy has gained widespread recognition and is now employed to treat a diverse range of conditions.

Group therapy is an intervention in which a trained therapist leads a group of people through a series of therapy sessions. Substance abuse groups offer a unique and supportive environment where participants can address their substance abuse or mental health challenges while benefiting from the insights and experiences of group members.

Group therapy can be delivered in different settings and formats according to the needs and goals of participants.
